RACES ON CLUB NIGHTS
The club races each Wednesday evening at Cundletown Pool, commencing at 6.00pm sharp. Each night
there will be five events:
- Freestyle all grades (15m to 100m)
- A form stroke all grades (15m to 100m)
- A distance event (either 200m free, back, breast, 400 free, 800 free)
- 4 x 25m medley or 4 x 50m medley. These are graded events.
Most nights the races are finished bt 8.00pm.
CAPITATION FEES
You must be registered (capitated) prior to taking part in any club
event, as specificed by NSW Swimming. The registration fee covers affiliation with the NSW Swimming Association and the Mid
North Coast District Swimming Association for insurance purposes, as well as the running costs of our club.
